Artwork Guidance & FAQ

We’re happy to accept the following file formats:

  • .ai – Adobe Illustrator Document
  • .pdf – Adobe Portable Document
  • .eps – PostScript File
  • .svg – Scalable Vector Graphics File

We cannot accept the following file formats:

  • Microsoft Office files (.ppt, .doc, .xls) are not compatible with our lab.
  • Adobe Photoshop Image (.psd)
  • Low-resolution or compressed image files (.jpg, .jpeg, .heic, .gif, .png) may require additional design consultation.

Reproducing a digital file into a physical print requires adequate pixel information to retain image quality. The following guidelines ensure that your artwork comes to life in a way that reflects the original design. Please submit artwork according to the following guidelines:
  • Art is CMYK color or Pantone Spot colors (coated)
  • Art is at least 300 dpi
  • Vector image or at least the size of a print across a bottle
  • Fonts are outlined or font files provided

No problem! Reach out and we will provide a link to our file share system for you to upload your artwork.

You can send a link, too! Please provide us with an accessible link to a major cloud share provider (i.e DropBox, OneDrive, or an equally reputable file share system).

We will not open any links from an any unreliable providers or file share tool that we’re not expecting.

Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an estimate by email based on your artwork submission. Proofs are low-resolution images showing what will be printed. Once the estimate is approved, digital artwork proofs will be provided by email.

Print production does not begin until these proofs are approved with a returned signed copy of the proof by email, so please be sure to monitor your inbox.

If you have not received an estimate within 1-2  days of submission please contact us right away.
