Why Screen Print Your Bottles?
Not only are your labels waterproof, scuff-proof, cellar-proof, and tear-proof, they are fully recyclable pieces of glass with no use of paper or glue.
In addition to the practical reasons, shelf appeal is the biggest challenge for the craft beverage industry. This is where ink360 can help you create the perfect blend of bottle styles, (round, oval or square), artwork and decoration.
Enhance The Message
Craft beverage producers use their final product (decorated bottle filled with the product) in other sales and marketing endeavors. Visualize your bottle in photography, on social media, in print, in online advertising, and everywhere else your message needs to be.
Improve Shelf Visibility
Does it catch the consumers’ interest at arm’s length? No matter where the end-use is for your glass bottle, people will register textured print, foil, and embossing up to 600 times faster than it takes to skim and understand a line of text.
ink360 considers all elements together (bottles, artwork, and decoration) to help consumers visualize your beverage and understand that it’s worthy of more sophisticated palates.
Screen Printing Capabilities
ink360 employs state-of-the-art, UV/LED decorating technology with a low-carbon footprint and 100% recyclable materials.
Modern Screen Printing Tech
ink360 is equipped with the latest technology in UV/LED printing equipment. This technology provides the perfect asymmetrical balance of efficiency and print quality, and it eliminates the high cost to operate a gas-fired kiln.

Manufacturing Facility
ink360 occupies over 20,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehouse space strategically located in the heart of the Midwest. This is a great location to reach customers all around the United States, from California to Florida to New York, and beyond.
Screen Printed Glass Bottle Process
ink360 employs a high-tech, two-stage bottle pretreatment process for enhanced ink adhesion.

Pre-flame applies heat to the surface of the bottle. The purpose is to create a “level or smooth” layer of the cold end treatment that is applied to all glass bottles from the manufacturer.
The flame also removes moisture and other contaminants like dust and oils from handling and transportation.

The pre-treatment stage prepares the surface of the glass bottle for maximum adhesion. This is best practice when working with environmentally-friendly UV/LED inks — this holds true for any direct-to-bottle decoration.

Bottles move from the pre-treatment process directly to the printer and automatically loaded into the first station. Once loaded, ink360’s highly trained staff monitors the entire production process, end-to-end, for print quality, color, registration, and bottle care.

Sometimes, customers coordinate their own shipping. Other times, customers ask us to coordinate shipping. ink360 works with carriers that specialize in glass transportation. Pallet packaging is a delicate process and is necessary to protect the integrity of the glass and the decoration.
What’s next? From there, your bottles typically ship to the party responsible for filling the package with your product.
